Round two of the nitro JBRL series was held at Thunder Alley raceway in Beaumont, California. The event had over 230 entries for a one day race. The JBRL crew did an amazing job all day with a smooth running program to finish the event right before their curfew. I qualified 2nd in truggy, TQed in ebuggy and 5th in nitro buggy. The mains were really enjoyable with great battles. I finished 2nd in truggy, won ebuggy and 2nd in nitro buggy.

Hot and fun weekend at Thunder Alley Raceway for round 2 of the JBRL Series. TQ’ed both rounds of truck, qualified second in electric buggy .4’s behind Cavalieri, and 3rd overall in nitro buggy after TQing round one.
The nitro truck final was a super close race with Cavalieri, I was able to lead every lap and get the win. Cavalieri and I battled again in electric buggy, exchanged the lead a couple of times and I finished second. Nitro buggy was the final race of the night, battled early with Rivkin before making a few mistakes and finished third. My pace was good all weekend and it was awesome having other top drivers in attendance to prepare for PNB next week. Congrats to Ryan Maifield on TQing and winning nitro buggy.
